KST is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified, independent, and results-oriented Managing Director to lead a full institutional turnaround and transformation process.

The Managing Director is the Chief Executive Officer of KST, responsible for providing strategic leadership, overall administration, and effective management of the organization to ensure alignment with the mission and values of Kolping. The role oversees implementation of programs and income-generating entities, manages stakeholder relations, and serves as the Accounting Officer of KST.

This is a senior executive leadership role requiring a strong track record in organisational restructuring, financial management, and stakeholder engagement within complex development or faith-based environments.

The Kolping Society of Tanzania (KST) is a national Catholic membership-based development organisation operating across 20 Catholic Dioceses of Tanzania with more than 16,000 members.

As part of the global network of Kolping International, KST is committed to promoting human dignity, social justice, youth empowerment, financial inclusion, and sustainable community development in line with Catholic Social Teachings.

Following an external review of its programmes, including those supported by BMZ, KST is undergoing a comprehensive institutional reform process to strengthen governance, financial management, and organisational performance.
